if your ordered piece is in stock we ask you to allow us up to 4 business days to process your order. if you order an item which is “made to order” we need up to 2-6 weeks to produce your special piece.

orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the next business day starting at 9:00 AM (CET.).

as we try to have a low impact on our environment, everything is sent plastic free. you will receive a tracking link via e-mail once your order has been shipped.

we are based in germany. all parcels will be send trackable through DHL.

we are only taking purchases from the european union at the moment.

payment

all information shared with us when placing an order is confidential. we use secure systems in order to insure that details pertaining to your accounts remain private. we accept payment via Paypal.

order confirmation

once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. the order confirmation acts as your invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.

sizing

we are producing mostly “made to order”. thats why you should not hesitate to contact us to have a special custom made piece!

return policy

we are a slow fashion label and offer mostly custom orders. our quantities are very limited and mostly consist of single items. if you have any issues with your piece, please contact us and we will solve the problem as soon as possible. please note this has to happen within the 14 days of receiving your parcel. we want to let you know that you will will be asked to cover the dhl tracked shipping back to us and of course the item should be in the condition in which you have received it.
